Edward Epstein, is General Counsel for the MUNNLANE brand. He has been a member of the New Jersey bar since 1977 concentrating in civil matters, business law and litigation. Ed is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of NJ, the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Edward has his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with High Distinction from Rutgers University School of Law.
Edward’s experience, integrity and sound judgment help guide decisions made by our CEO, and every member of the MUNNLANE leadership team. Edward has broad responsibilities across the organization’s portfolio of businesses which requires him to stay up to date on all government contracting regulations and opportunities; making sure MUNNLANE is compliant. He is also knowledge in regards to woman owned business matters and plays a pivotal role here in addition to his other duties.
